Any wagering progress made will not be retained. Real-money funds deposited separately are not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed on lucy97 are subject to acceptance by the platform. Bets are confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed in error or where a technical fault occurred during submission may be voided. The platform is not liable for bets that fail to submit due to connectivity issues on your end.
Odds on live and pre-match markets can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you submit a bet are the odds at which the bet is confirmed, provided the market is still open and the odds have not moved between your submission and the platform's acceptance. If odds have changed at the point of acceptance, you will be notified and can choose to accept the new odds or cancel.
A bet may be voided by lucy97 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, an obvious pricing error occurs, the market is settled incorrectly and requires correction, or the bet was accepted on a suspended or closed market due to a technical fault. Void bets have the stake returned to your account balance.
If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg was not included. The resulting payout reflects the remaining legs only. A leg that results in a push (even money result) is treated as void rather than a win or loss.
For cricket markets, lucy97 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. Match winner markets are settled on the official result including super overs where applicable. In-play markets are settled on the state of play at the point the market closes. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and abandoned matches are all settled according to the officially declared result by the governing body.
The following activities are prohibited on lucy97 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
Zero tolerance policy: lucy97 monitors all account activity. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules are closed without notice and any outstanding balance is forfeited. This applies regardless of whether the player claims the breach was unintentional.

Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. lucy97 may apply a monthly administration charge to inactive accounts or close them after giving reasonable notice.
